The Air Shower is the essential entry-control device that stands between the outside world and your cleanroom. Before personnel or cargo enter a classified zone, high-velocity jets of HEPA-filtered clean air blast away dust particles, fibers, and microbes from the surface of garments, equipment, and goods — dramatically reducing the contamination load entering the cleanroom. With interlocked double doors, adjustable blow time, and stainless steel construction, the air shower is the first and most effective line of defense for pharmaceutical, electronics, food, and biological cleanroom facilities.

High-Efficiency HEPA Filtration
Equipped with HEPA filters (typically H13/H14 class) capturing 99.99% of particles at 0.3 microns — ensuring every air jet that strikes the occupant is scrupulously clean.
High-Velocity Air Jet Purification
High-pressure nozzles deliver powerful, evenly distributed air jets (typically 20-30 m/s) from multiple directions — effectively dislodging and removing dust particles, fibers, and loose contaminants from the entire body surface.

The entrance and exit doors are electronically interlocked — only one door can open at a time, and the exit door remains locked during the blow cycle — physically preventing cross-contamination between the dirty and clean sides.
Adjustable Blow Time & Automatic Control
Blow time is adjustable (typically 5-30 seconds), with automatic door unlocking upon cycle completion — with optional voice prompts and indicator lights guiding users through the process.

The chamber body is fabricated from stainless steel 304/316L with rounded internal corners — no crevices, easy to clean, corrosion-resistant, and fully GMP-compliant.
Observation Windows & Interior Lighting
